Wigan is an olympic weightlifter and so to him, the backsquat is assistance work. I am a powerlifter, so the backsquat is the king of lifts and the only reason I have for being on the planet. It saddens me greatly that there are people on this fine forum who are so dim that they cannot or will not make this distinction. So to whoever you are, either buck up or stop being a stirring t**t.
