Once again will be interesting to see what he pulls on the deadlift. 410kg would be great to see. I can actually see him getting an Arnold invite the way he is going. From his facebook, I missed the earlier part of his post off, worth reading though. ''On another note f**king awesome training session at strength asylum tonight! Never felt such anger and aggression during training! Nailed out a RAW 340kg squat for x4 very deep easy reps and was good for a few more but I got so f**king angry I had to put it back before I bust a knee cap off trying for 10 reps! Then went on to do a 260kg bench press for a double and then a 240kg incline bench for a double. Then 60kg dumbells for 3x20 reps to cool down Deadlifts and shoulders tomorrow' going try out some new 82.5kg dumbells for hopefully 10+ reps on shoulders!'' | ||

Mark felix been in awsome form this year, probably the best ive seen him, hixxy, ed hall, loz also all must have a great chance, I think Terry will be the one to beat though, he looks in great shape and will be eager to prove himself once again no doubt. | ||
