Lift off at 1PM. Venue: Crossways Christian Centre Ramsey Road St Ives Cambs PE27 3TB Events (subject to change): Circus dumbell press medley - 50kg/56kg/63kg/78kg - 75sec time limit. split timed. Sandbag carry and load - 100kg, 100kg, 115kg, 115kg to 58" - 90sec time limit. Big wheel deadlift for reps - 240kg/280kg - athletes choose which weight. 1 rep on the heavy beats any number on the light. bar height - 14.5". straps allowed, no suits. 60 second time limit. Atlas stone for reps - 105kg to 48" - 75sec time limit. no tacky. head to head. MAX axle press from the rack - anything goes btn or from the front, jerk, push press etc. powerlifting style, 3 lifts allowed, 5kg increments from a minimum of 90kg. bar starts in the rack and has to be walked FORWARD out of it to make the lift. 20sec time limit for each lift.
