I wasn't implying that everyone should be looking to get them tomorrow, but a lot of the goals will require some serious progress to be made and it has to start at some point.

hello to you all by the way...

My goals

- 550kg total (RAW)
- 140kg Bench
- 230kg deadlift
- 180kg squat
- bodyweight under 90kg
- over 15 reps 225lbs bench challenge (NFL test)
- look to compete in 2008
- stay injury free
- buy tickets to see the Arnold classic
- BF less than 15%

Thought id slap down my goals. do they have to be achieved by the end of the year (31.12.07)?

1. Bench 160 Raw
2. Bench 200 shirted
3. squat 220 Raw
4. Squat 250 equipped
5. Dead 250
6. stop injuring my biceps

Any more goals and id just be putting them down for the sake of having 10. Im only really arsed about maxes on the powerlifts, i couldnt give a monkeys how many times i could bench 140 or deadlift 220.

Squat 200kg.

Bench 150kg.

Hopefully get these WELL before the end of 2008 but injuries keep holding me back.

  • squat 180kg to full depth

  • deadlift 227.5kg

  • enter a powerlifting competition

  • push press 100kg

  • strict press 100kg

  • be able to run 5k

  • get a sub 7 min 2000m concept 2 time

  • get a sub 1:20 500m concept 2 time

  • DB shoulder press 40kgDB's for 5+ reps

deadlift 300
squat 280
bench 200
frontsquat 200
log press 150
and shoulder the 140 atlas stone
i close to the deadlift, front squat, and bench just lots of training hard!

Squat: 180kg
bench: 120kg
DL: 220kg

All with video proof Happy

Edited to remove my running aspirations - they just aint going to happen.
