Well you can get a cheap strengthshop one but the one I had was crap tbh but it was the first edition one, heres the new one:

Just done another session whilst Mrs was training-

Strict Paused Press with Titan Ram

just the normal one i think it was the first one Mark Bell came out with. looking forward to using it for overloading the benching and incline benching

Nice, I managed to use my Ram yesterday for overhead work too, doesn't give tons of carryover but it does help to overload.

not going to use it of OH work just bench, incline and possible decline if i can ever get round to getting a bench that will do all three.

Think you'll like it Neil, I got used to using a doubled band but these are way better tbh.

Still feeling very nice, this weeks 120's were very easy still so did 1 set of next weeks 125's - easily a good 10 there with 125 on last set. My beltless PB must be higher now already and therefore my belted and wrapped PB must be over 190kg now too. No maxing for now though sticking to the plan of 5x5 then 4x4 then 3x3 then 2x2 then I will test beltless and belted/wrapped PB's. Very pleased though, in all my years squatting I've never felt so natural squatting, a nice slow build up will I hope see me surge past my old low bar wrapped PB of 210kg but this time going much much deeper.

14" Deads - 60 sec rests

First week of 531 on my 14" pulls and I've programmed well, pulled a comfy 10 needing 5, just want I want. Singles after felt good and I was pleased to hit 270kg fatigued despite it moving slow it was un-hitched. Bodes well for my floor deads, these are usually tougher so I think I have a fresh 275kg off the floor judging by this but again sticking to the plan and building slowly. I will try a few heavy singles after my floor deads 531 on Tuesdays though but play it by ear. Weights for 531 off the floor are identical to my 14" 531 set up as they are similar in strength. Happy with these today.

These felt fantastic, the 175kg x 5 is a huge rep PB, previous best 5 repper was 145kg! Was toying with trying 200kg for a max but put sensible head back on, stripped the weight and burned the crap out of my glutes and hams with 125 insteadHappy

Not that keen on these but then never been keen on normal dumbbell rows tbh. Felt ok though and beat lats up pretty well.

Light fast and explosive, back cramping like crazy.

Finished with 100 total reps with an empty barbell for curls, 75kg sit ups on my sit up board, 20kg poundstone abs and then I shouldered my 100kg sandbag 3 times and collapsed into a sweat puddle. I'll roll later, i'm shattered!

Tons of work on this weekend starting tonight Happy so skipload will be done whilst working tomorrow then just hope the customer is there on sunday so I can use their bog if needed lol!
