reason why i hope to improve my deadlift so much is because of mark and gaz boulton there helping me through my wank deadlifting ability hopfully i can get it right up there most people have there struggles andmines deadliftConfused

1. Squat currently 220
2. Bench 160
3. Deadlift - kerrching - grip improved sufficiently for 245
4. Militaries have gone nowhere - still on 105kg
5. Competed in two Kendrick classics, so that's something.

However, 2008 was the year I got my 500lb deadlift and 400lb squat, so not too bad.
