Member 825, 290 posts SQ 270, BP 185, DL 297.5 752.5 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq	Hi guys spoke to Stuart Murray here's rules for sunday Event 1- max dead lift weight starting at 200kg up in 20kg jumps to 260kg then up in 10kg jumps after that every 1 must lift every weigh straps allowed no suits last man standing Event 2- max log starting at 70kg up in 10kg jumps to 100 then up in 5kg jumps after that every 1 must lift the weighs last man standing Event 3-125kg barrel 30 meters break line at 15 meters turn back to finish 75secs fastest time distanced if cant finish Event 4- medley 115kg framers 15 meters pick between 250or 280kg yoke heavier yoke beats 250kg yoke 15 meters 90secs or fastest time distance if cant finish Event 5-arm over arm chain 15 meters 90secs or fastest time distance if cant finish Event 6- stones onto barrels 100kg 110kg 120kg 140kg 160kg 90secs fastest time This will be at the Ba club fort William will be out doors weather ment to be good all weekend there will be hot food drinks hot drinks available all day inside club be fun day for kids coming watch bouncy castles face paints etc top 3 receive trophys medles rest get medles weigh in can be from sat pm or text me will arrange to meet u at venue or weigh in from Sunday from 9am see use all there

No repped the arm over arm but won the stones. A good enjoyable day and some brilliant weather. Congrats to Jeremy for putting on the comp and qualifying for euros. Very close for 2nd and 3rd between me and phil. Joint 2nd after the stones but I got the 2nd spot on count back. Thanks to stuart murray for reffing and all the crew for a well run comp.

Member 2552, 848 posts SQ 190, BP 160, DL 220 570.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq	Second last yesterday overall. Pretty happy with some of my events and not with others. Managed a 220 deadlift again which beat 2/3 guys. Got a 105 log which again beat a few. Then managed over 7m with the chain pull which I came 5th in. The rest of the guys couldn't even move it! Finished the farmers and yoke medley again beat a couple of guys. The 125 keg let me down badly. Didn't complete the course and was last, really struggled with it. Need more practice! Then the atlas stones I managed the first couple but on the 3rd it kept slipping on my tshirt. Should've done it bare chested and I would've done the 3 maybe even the 4th in a decent time. Lesson learned! As said above, they were the highlights for me aswell. Jeremy with the log is something to be seen! Onwards to the naturals next month for me for another lesson.
