Next flat bench 20kx10 50x5 70x8 80x10 x 9 60x 10 arms tired now . Cleans next off low stands 50k x 3 x 3 x 3 then partial bent rows 60k x 10 70x10 plus shrugs x10 - sweating now; 5 mins stretching out to finish... | ||
