decided to train in the garage hat and gloves job ( well i did splash out on new squat stands ). sqt 30k x5 50x3 80x3 95x1 102x5 x5 100x6 best ive done for a while. Next flat bench 20kx10 50x5 70x8 80x10 x 9 60x 10 arms tired now . Cleans next off low stands 50k x 3 x 3 x 3 then partial bent rows 60k x 10 70x10 plus shrugs x10 - sweating now; 5 mins stretching out to finish...Grin
