Yeah Stan's more a powerlifter than a bodybuilder really, despite having an IFBB pro card. He's also a master lifter. Big fan of this guy.

Strong boy for sure. I'm not a fan of monolifts etc, but I do think that they have it right as far as "raw" and knee wraps go.

kevine levrone a famous bb did a 6 plate bench press for 10 reps in his training

ronnie did heavy squats and deads

victor martinez did 170kg seated shoulder press for 10 reps

There seems to be a lot of b**chiness in general from the powerlifting community towards bodybuilders and even amongst themselves. Not so much from the strongmen though. Why are so many powerlifters so mad and bitter?

I think its just the question of validity. Powerlifters work hard (just like any other athlete) to specialise in their discipline. If I went round saying I had sprinted a low 10's in the 100m I'm sure a few sprinters would want to know where and when...

Sorry man 260x10 is maybe his exageration i read once he got a 260 single ? the most he has done on vid is here i believe 220x3 there is another vid with 220x4 4th rep spotted but thats it
