That in its self streches the hamstrings and that combined with aditional streches for like 2 minutes occasionally and now I can touch the floor no problem!

![]() 'I'm not coming onto you.... but' Member 1366, 1596 posts SQ 155, BP 100, DL 180435.0 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | Touching your toes isn't always the best test of flexibility for hams because you can either do it with a locked or unlocked back, instead to check, lie on your back with bent legs and feet flat on the ground, lift your hips/arse off the ground (so you are doing a bridge) and then drop your hips back to the ground (this puts your pelvis in a neutral position), next put both legs straight and without compensation (at the lower back, pelvis etc) bring one leg at a time as far back as you can, keeping it straight at the knee, you want a ROM of about 90 degrees. If this is still s**t, ie. less than 75degrees, I find rolling the piriformis often helps a lot, as well as a static stretch for the piriformis, as well and some fascial release of the foot (and even jaw). Hope this helps mate, foam rolling is the way forward.
