Not to be confused with JC Member 60, 366 posts SQ 140, BP 75, DL 150365.0 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | was reading some olf topics, about carbs at night to be specific says clean bulk eating. what are the clean foods, not simple carbs etc. not to bothered about eating to lift, but dont wanna put to much fat on if i dont need to. | ||

I wouldn't consider potatoes a clean food and I really eat them. Personally I eat a moderate amount of fat and lowish carbs. I think this will keep you leaner than a high carb, low fat diet. Something like 350/150/250 p/c/f. I like avocado, olive oil, fish oils and ground flax seeds. | ||

Chops, chicken, spuds, fish, steaks, lots of fruit and veg, porridge, drink milk, water when you're training and beer afterwards. Don't eat s**te more than a few times a week but never deny yourself an occasional curry, chinky or whatever else. IM NOT TO ANAL ABOUT WHAT I HAVE, I JUST EAT PROTEIN, ASLONG AS IM EATIN ALOT I DONT TEND TO MEASUE (keyboard, sorry, damn stupid thing)just try not to eat choclate stuff like that basically, so when i eat alot more than normal its better. didn know that about the fat, i prob dont eat enough of it tbh | ||
