Chester charity comp. I weighed myself afterwards 101kg, way too skinnyfat to be that weight, thought I was heavier.

max deadlift
250- was easy enough but felt abit s**t so left it there, didn't want to snap my s**t.

max log
112.5 open nice and easy
127.5 comfy but abit wobbly at the top as I went beltless.
142.5 just for the lola, clean was easy but felt heavy as f**k on my chest.

farmers 90 a hand
40m the farmers were massive, had to walk with them instead of run.

Dumbell medley
44, 53, 64, 78 - got first 3 nicely but the 78 was a no go, couldn't sit it right on the shoulder now I'm skinny fat.

loading medley -70 tyre, 80sandbag, 90 keg
35 secs, I fumbled the tyre at the start, other 2 were fast.

nice little comp/event day, and brownbear didn't beat me on anything Wink

UPPER: my right tricep is still sore as f**k from the circus db Sunday, so pressing was abit wonky. also I usually use wrist wraps but I pressed everything without them today, trying to get my wrists abit stronger.

paused bench pinky on ring
130 3x5

2 board close grip
140 3x3

negatives pinky on ring
160x1 -plan was to do a few triples to get used to holding heavier weights but I felt a slight pec niggle so I f**ked it off.

pec deck

pushdowns
3x25

done. triceps are in agony!

im aware these numbers are s**tty at the moment, but in a few months i feel though ill be hitting some decent lifts again, a 180 tng bench would be v.nice.

thanks big Jay, hopefully get down warehouse in the near future for an ass kicking!

deadlift assistance coan style:

Work through the following exercises in a circuit format. Resting 90 seconds between each exercise (DO NOT SUPER SET). Do 8 reps and rest 2-3 minutes between the end of the circuit and beginning of the circuit again. Do this 3 times for a total of 3x8 reps on each exercise.
I did a few warm up sets then:

1.) Stiff Leg Deadlifts 80kg
2.) Bent Over Rows 80kg
3.) Underhand Grip Lat Pulldowns whatever
4.) Arched Back Good Mornings 60kg

done. got alittle sweat on, that's all I wanted.

UPPER: benchin on a real ale hangover ain't the best, but feel suprisingly good.

paused bench pinky on the ring:
bar few x few
60 3x10
80x5
100 2x2
130x1
150 3x1 -left wrist wraps off to try and strengthen the wrists.
140 3x2 - tng and wrist wraps on for these

floor press w/Swiss bar
62x5
82x5
102x5
122 3x5

cg floor lockouts hold 5sec at lockout
140 5x3 - need swoler wrists.

tricep pushdowns
4x20
Bicep curl
5x10

done. happy with that, 170 bench is on the way.
