Go double overhand (if you're not already) and just flick them under the bar and roll them on tight! | ||

If they hurt, cut off the circulation to your lower leg and feet, dont allow you to bend your knees and you want to take them off straight away..... then they are probably on right!! Or was there not much and your just an animal!! Wasn't going to try as i thought they wouldn't do much but that sounds like a sick increase | ||

Worlds Strongest Man u90kg Member 1137, 2099 posts SQ 285, BP 170, DL 312.5767.5 kgs @ 89kgs UnEq | shane - i think it made a difference but as toby suggested, they have to be tight... mine weren't. i probably had 210 for 3 so it gave me a bit more but should get more out of them when i do them tightly. next time i use them will be at o.s.g. on the 5th you should come shane! toby - cheers mate! that should be a big help i'll have to spend an hour practicing them, bit sad but if it makes the difference ..... | ||
