Squats

70 x 5

Hamstrings felt sore and tight hopefully haven't made them any worse. but apart from that squats were easy.

Bit of deep heat that strayed a bit ball bound put a spring in my step though

Bryce, it's not to bad at the moment. I'm just doubling up on pre work out stimulants

James, it feels like I'm overdoing it mate and volume isn't helping. I might even start pressing again on Saturday

Il be down on Saturday but not sure il do much. Shoulder is still bad even after not training this week.
