had a lengthy meeting with a physio and my back man and both have expressed that with regards to the kind of training and the stress and loads that i subject my body to that i take some serious time to rehab this injury the correct way otherwise both feel that it cud result in further more serious damage and potentially cause me serious problems in the future, both advised against BSM and OD 5 however i feel that the comps and weights are doable with minimum training towards actually placing where id originally planned i will not be dropping out but my performance at these comps will be reserved for health purposes and i wont be trying to compete to the level i know i can i will give it 100% but i wont kill myself in the process, my sessions will be based on recovery rather than preparation towards these comps, this is very hard to accept for myself for myself as iv had a s**te year with injurys and my personal life crumbling around me but i feel this is the best way to come back stronger and more competitive next year, needed afew hrs to get my around this so i did some training

Thats not great news, but your long term health and fitness is far more important than any competition. Just take it wasy and do what the docs say. Then come back next year a man on a mission.

my friend came round and deadlifted a 180 with no warm ups after sat on his fat arse for 2 years what a guy i wish i was like him ! PB!

back felt fine it seems to be when i force my hips downwards i have a problem meh onwards
