Nice V, all nice.

Good work with the suit. Maybe try a few weeks of pulling just in the bootms to get fully used to it. Still getting the pop, but get used to squeezing the twig and berrys in?

just a quick one as im going out for a bbq later and i didnt want to burn myself out i feel strong atm afew niggles but nothing major all log work was done shirtless with no belt or sleeves etc Wink

thanks you 2 my pressing is one of my main focus's this year

deadlift

50kg x 5
80kg x 5
120kg x 5
150kg x 5
180kg x 5
210kg x 3 belt on

did these in the suit with the straps down felt ok but can feel my deadlift is down atm but that may be due to training every day pretty much this week so 210 x 3 isnt so bad

cheers dom i suppose it is really im just training when i can at the moment im working away again in afew weeks so i know my training is going to take a hit there

all in all happy again not brilliant but still its not a step backwards sorting my diet in the next few weeks so thing should really start to pick up soon

still getting the graft in, thats the main thing. if i was you id be tempted to train balls to the wall before working away then use working away as a rest period n if u get chance to train while away do speed work

im gunna run the coan 11 week program for deads and maybe look at a squat routine aswell big dom and focus on pressing while away
