Thanks guys for the support Happy it's really frustrating even tho I lost weight I don't feel weak I kno my squat is down but I feel strong in the deadlift and very strong on the bench and OH slowly have to rehab and be smart I still belive il be a handful at this comp if not 100% the events suit me so hopefully il perform well n hit podium

Good session really happy felt like I needed. To get back at it spared the knee and kept the weight at an easy triple any thoughts on the deadlift wud be approximated if someone cud post it on here I'd be grateful I dunno how to work the I phone vids on FB and u tube

Belt cleans need work and rack position also pressing felt strong the 5 sets of 40 were done 10 reps 20 sec rest and the last set was really tough feeling ok ATM put some bw back on eating more and all round feeling strong shoulder and knee are still sore but in have to plough thru

Good session with my fooked knee I'm happy with 135 as a top set I need to build myself up into another sheiko style squat routine all in all it's been a good weeks training I feel good eating a lot again upto 5 healthy meals a day inc breakfast which is helping hopefully il be able to do some light yoke and farmers tomorrow

Thanks mate yeah things are looking up at the moment my 5 meals are really clean so the calories rnt massively is normally

6:30 - weetabix, orange juice , coffee
11 - pasta and chicken Breast
1 - pasta and chicken breast
4 - 5 eggs with cheese
7 - evening meal usually rice with homemade mince burgers and eggs

I've kept tht up for about 2 week feeling a lot better put weight on aside from injurys I feel good
