hard to tell mate but it is improving now the push and pull is over il jus focus on june and hopefully vst a good placing there and then take some down time

hopped on the scales this morning and i was below 12st this is horrific and maybe the reason for the lack of strength tht and a 13hr working day Unhappy

I've been out for a short while my shoulder is healing slowly and still causing me distress but my main stopping point has been bursting my lubrication pockets in my knee meaning I have a build up of fluid on my knee cap and have nothing lubricating the actual joint which is amazingly painful although I am on the mend I feel things are jus getting in my way from makin progress a run of horrid luck lately but I'm still determined to place well in June jus before blowing out my knee I lifted 215 x 5 @ 76 bw easily the vids on u tube and I'm very happy with it I still feel like I've got a big pull on the horizon I pulled 230 weds although it was more a sldl it was still easy deffo a triple there jus thought if drop a quick update in
