basically rodge ive been using a very different deadlift stance to my usual narrow grip and rip iv been trying to involve more quads and its really hard for me seen as i prefer the grip and rip kind of method after the 230 fail i switched back to the narrower stance just to see how it varied and i can safely say i wont be trying to fix what isnt broken again lately i just feel burnt out and like every weight i touch will crush me but im upping the foods and trying to get more calories in im currently doing 52 hrs over 4 days ant awork mon-thurs and training mon-wed-fri its proving very difficult Happy

See your point also why not not just rest dont fix whats not broken!
