When i can stay disease free mate hardley eaten this week just survived off coffee all week but the numbers are still good i just need a play on a jt log as im about 10kg better at least

f**k me mate, why so little eating? Work? Buy a tub of mass gainer or something, at least get calories etc in?

I get the JT log thing too, last week on small snap shop log, 92 was a struggle, today on big JT log, different story. If you ever want a play mate, you know where I am.

Cheers peeps i think il do the u80 p&p in may and will be looking at hopefully if i can get my act together 120 log and 280-300 deadlift

300kg deadlift at 80kg would be very very impressive.

I would be looking at 90/200 tbh which would probably be lower than the starting weights at this comp.
