Yes .. I`ve done this on the opposite Bicep to the one i did the Distal Tear around 18 months ago one motioning an Atlas Stone .. Big hole in the top of my Bi. and plenty of pain BUT nowhere near as inconveinient as the other tear . I didn`t have surgery. Good Luck Terry .. You could do with some good luck maybe .

9x WSM finalist! Member 662, 3372 posts	Cool! Thanks Mark! I am hoping it won't take long! Me and you seem to have a tonne of luck with bicep tears! I just spoke to Sadler and after he tore his distal tendon on one arm did the top on the other same as I have and same as you too. Seems way to common!
