started something new tonight based very loosely around tokars 5x3 system for 6 weeks and then try for new pbs, ill give it a go for two cycles and see if I get results

I'm no expert on stones ,but I find with the pick up you've got to really concentrate on squeezing the stone as hard as possible ,try and get your hands as high as possible on the stone and a little dip of the legs before driving up to load, and always use tacky!

Mark Clegg and Tony have some great stone loading vids in there journals which are worth a watch.
