had my belt for years still strong and sturdy. But its getting too big for me toying with the idea of putting more holes in it ( its a lever belt) also I dont wanna f**k it up.

try a drill and go careful putting holes In ?

use a punch of some sort ?

any other ideas?

I g clamped mine to a bench and used a hss spot weld drill worked well
