I mean, 250 grams each.

She said that she just liked the feeling of always hitting a new PR.

Micro-loading is a great way to get stronger. Imagine adding half a kilo for reps every week for a year.

3 days ago - arm fluff.

2 days ago - finger extensor training.

Today - zercher lift - 2 singles with 188kg.

I'm ill with a sore throat and runny nose. I'm disappointed that daily tangerine consumption didn't prevent this from happening.
