Plus your idea of a s**t session is not doing a 10kg PB on every lift Wink Tongue

mate i tried a 200kg failed and a 170kg failed after that.
arse cheeks were f**kin kiling!!!!!
probebly from the 150kg x 3
155kg x 2 on monday Wink

mate - out of the 3 of us, you were the only one to complete the squat workout lol so we were fresher last night. Make sure u leave min of 2 days rest next time!

Just to clarify...did you attempt a 200k squat? if so what did you warm up to first if you also failed 170k after it ? Eek
