didnt particularly find it a really good session just think im expecting too much too soon.

you have reached the point where you are prob overtraining mate - would lower weights slightly n get few more reps, give urself a bit of breathing space. U been pushing very hard since i joined, comp coming up you want to be fresh!

yeah mate but the thing is i dont feel it i feel like i have so much energy!!!
im just gonna find weights i can open on for my comp now mate i think i need to to be honest.

Overtraining at 17 yo/o? Never!

I could train every day, get blasted every day, cycle everywher every day at 17 y/o.....they're the good times!
