i keep forgetting to post my journal haha.

100kg x 3
120kg x 2
140kg x 1
150kg x 1
160kg x 1

wasnt in the mood today so i thought i would just do 3 singles and do some bodybuilding on my legs with leg extensions and leg curls!

60kg x 5
100kg x 3
140kg x 3
160kg x 1
180kg x 1 and it was well hard!
210kg x 2 i think i lifted this tonight because there was no kryptonite in the gym. PB

REALLY HAPPY WITH THAT LIFT. 220kg will hopefully go in 2 weeks!
