If its a quid or two, fine, but where is the fiver coming from? Unless there is a free buffet for all I can't see how someone can charge someone else to stand about for 4-5 hours watching a friend lift some heavy st.

I'm a big believer in competitors paying more to compete if promoters are loosing out but surely friends and family shouldn't have to carry the cost? I assume kids go free? or at least at a reduced rate?

I was swinging out of control like an ape Member 1559, 4075 posts SQ 180, BP 100, DL 202.5 482.5 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq	Chill bill lol it won't be that much we are having a bit of stuff going on I have a sports massage guy on site for the 8th looking after athletes and hopefully one for the 1st also got fitness and conditioning coach to run through warm ups and help athletes on day and will have someone doing protein shakes for the lads and a proper athletes area with free refreshments and what not, also got free mma tater classes and something for the kids, want it to be a well run day and want everyone to be happy so Im not going to let people get ripped off don't worry, I can assure you of that. So please do calm down : )
