My wife is on the lookout for an anniversary present, and I want something I can use to record my workouts.

I don't like using my iphone because I use it for music and it drains the battery, so I want something I can easily set up, fairly rugged, long battery, easy to record, easy to transfer to the PC etc.

Any recommendations?

Depends if sound quality is important to you?

If not...I use a contour roam 2 to catch footage of my dirt biking...quality is great but sound is lacking...

shout if you want a link to some footage

Can't offer any suggestions, but I am interested in this as well, to start recording some of my training
