The venue will take place at Legends Gym in Worcester 7th December. Amateur/First Timers: - Overhead medley - 60kg barrell, 90kg axle, 53kg circus bell, 100kg log - must be pressed in order. - 230kg yoke 20 meters with a drop and turn - Deadlift 220kg reps, straps, no suits, no sumo, (standard height) - Cylinder Farmers 100kg, 20meters, drop and turn return 20meters - 110kg Atlas stone over 40" Yoke - 75seconds time limit Open/Competitive: - 53k Circus Bell, 90kg barrel, 110 axle, 130 log - must be pressed in order. - 360kg Yoke 20 metres - Max Deadlift - rising bar, no suits, starts 260, 20 increments, lifts can be skipped - 400k tyre flip x as many flips in 90 seconds as possible. - 147k stone over yoke - 75seconds time limit Prizes and trophies/medals for top 3 Tshirts for all competitors Events planned - we will do everything we can to have this set-up, if we need to change anything we will give as much notice as possible and try to replace for as "like" as possible All equipment will be available to train with at Legends Gym in Worcester for those interested. If your returning from injury numbers are similar to the field in the amateurs/first timers then I don't have an issue with it mate? sound ok? | ||

Max pull at the moment is 227.5kg and OH is 110kg so I wouldn't be 'glory' hunting with my old lifts lol  | ||
