The competition is aimed at inters/opens: Max Log (starting at 120kg, rising log, 10kg increments to 140, then 5kgs - you can skip lifts) 165kg shield carry for distance 220kg squat for reps (judged to parallel) 340kg yoke (20 metres with a drop and turn) 260kg Deadlift for reps We are pleased to welcome Laurence Shahlaei as our guest referee Les from Superior Strongman will be our MC for the day! Entry fee of £20 payable ASAP by PayPal, tshirts for all competitors.
