I think If Ed won the Deadlift, placed top 2 on log and finished on the podium, he would be happy with that. I think he could win WSM one day but you need to be placing top 2 or 3 in nearly every event. One bad event seems to be the differnece between winning and losing. For me Shaw and Z are still a cut above,perhaps Thor too with the right events. Ed is nearly there and if he keeps progressing then someday he should win it. He is already arguably the static strongest man on the planet and he hasn't yet turned 30. His time will come and hopefully he wins these big comps soon. | ||

Biggest deadlift ever, top 2 log presser in the world, massive squat and bench press. Also he's good at reps aswell as max lifts. Not saying he is 100% the strongest statically but it could be argued he is one of them | ||
