Aiming for a 250 squat by the end of 2012 Member 1989, 3168 posts SQ 240, BP 140, DL 270 650.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq	Depends on the workload and deadlines. normal hours are 8.00 - 4.30 mon to thurs 8.00-3.30 Friday but because of workload I always start at 6 and finish anywhere between 5pm and 8.30pm I live about 45 mins from work so get up at 4.50 am during the week.

A room with 30 of us, one tiny window, no one talking (unless its about babbies between two women) Spend most of my shift (8 till 4) clock watching, on here, texting mates, emailing mates, or sneaky naps when and where i can get away with it. One day I will end up going crazy working here.

I have a fair amount of responsibility for my age which sucks a bit cause s**t can get real but on the other side of it, I get 6 days off for every 4 I work. Don't think I'll ever be in a job where I get up and say "yes! I'd rather be at work than training" or whatever, but such is life
