Ok I know lots of people will say nothing is sessential.

But for me I use:

Reflex instant whey - pre and post workout and pre bed
MyProtein Maltodextrin - pre and post workout
Creatine
My protein BCAA powder in my training water

then fishoil and Vit D and glucosamine/chondroitin tabs anytime in the day

interested in what others use
