What is mobility?! ![]() ![]() should i stretch my hips to hit a deeper recieve position in the snatch, or do leg swings and other mad s**t like that? how long should i do it for and when? boring s**t but im determined to do it well! i currently 'dynamic' warm up before i lift, then roll and static stretch on a night, but could i be doing it more productively or should i do more? lol | ||

Roll, stretch, warm up, lift, condition, in that order. As a minimum, roll and stretch one day per week for every decade of life. | ||

A joint is mobile, not flexible. A muscle is flexible, not mobile. All the best guys in the world "warm up" and "cool down", doing whatever helps them personally. Some people swear by static stretching, other people do it only at the end, some not at all. But hey, its all just advice. | ||
