For me, I'm enjoying deadlifts, behind neck push press and close grip bench off boards with miniband - a proper tricep killer!

I am a fan of deadlifting in all its wonderfull variety. However on those of days when I am not pulling well I hate em! I also like box squats. Great feeling of power to blast from a dead stop of a low box.

For upper body I love floor pressing and dumbbell rows, although 3 board is certanly fun. If i wasn't powerlifting any form of overhead lifting I would really take a run at. One arm dumbbell clean and press being a fav.

- oly lifts - great fun
- stones Cool

I like deadlifts. I like bench, except when it hurts. I'm even liking squats a lot at the moment, though it messes up my bench. I like olympic press. I like power cleans, even though I suck at them.

The only movement I ever do that I *don't* really like is squats, and I'm having some fun with them right now. I do love seated DB press even though they're out of my current rotation.
