i think its a new one lol definatily feels more serious than the dragons one but hey ho like u say its winter time to rest up and get 100% ready for my assault on 2012

p.s its my birthday next week and my gf got me the SS 13mm belt which makes this harder to take cos i want to use it Unhappy

Hope you heel fast matey. I had a similar thing happen whilst strict pressing about a year ago, it was really painful for a few days but cleared up pretty fast. Keep moving it as much as you can.

cheers everyone for been so nice to me Grin im sure its a muscle pull so jus time and some TLC tbh its not bad timing id rather be injured now rather than in the summer when the comps are so not all bad really and with the prospect of U80 id be devastated if i couldnt compete then so its not all bad Cool

ok so my winter plan is to put on some quality size and strength as opposed to wot i call the "pacman" approach which is to eat the weight on this is leading me down a BB approach to training i do enjoy this kind of training so here goes

enjoyed the session today not heavy concentrating on form and working the muscle correctly not rest between sets jus the time it took my partner to do his reps more to come legs tomorrow Unhappy want to hit around 80kg BW by next march the pump was immense my gunz must have seen 15" Grin

EDIT oh and i snatched the 35kg dumbell afew times RH and LH easy

I've always wanted to add in a bit of volume and go a bit lighter to try to pack on some much needed muscle mass but I really do not like training that way, I get bored fast. Hopefully you can keep it up and bulk your way up to 80kg. But don't forget... food is the most important thing for getting bigger... Food 90%, Lifting 10%... So, get eating! Or drinking a gallon of milk a day... that s**t works.

good stuff man, i did BB style training for over a year its ok, i liked the muscle definition but i just got bored of it. im thinkin of a BB aproach for my legs tho cos they need some serious mass. good to see the injury has f**ked off too mate.
