Event 1: Standard Deadlift – 220kg for reps (Straps and suits allowed) – head to head. Event 2: Yoke – 320kg for 15m – head to head. Event 3: Axle – 100kg for reps from the floor – head to head. Event 4: Shield Carry – 160kg for max distance. Event 5: Medley – 120kg Farmers into 150kg Duck Walk for 15m each – head to head. Event 6: Atlas Stones – 80, 100, 115, 135 & 155kg to 50” platform. 75 second time limit where applicable. Al lot more info will be posted as we move on with preparations. Although a max isn't in at the moment, the strongest all round will still win based on the selected events. | ||
