(Straps and briefs allowed). Event 2: Yoke – 440kg for 15m – head to head. Event 3: Log – 140kg for reps from the floor – head to head. Event 4: Conans Wheel – 240kg for maximum revolutions. Event 5: Medley – 180kg Duck Walk into 320kg Frame Carry for 15m each – head to head. Event 6: Atlas Stones – 115, 135, 155, 175, 205kg to 50” platform. 75 second time limit where applicable. Al lot more info will be posted as we move on with preparations. We will be looking to run all comps this year with help and support of fellow competitors of all weight classes and abilities in order to keep improving the standard of competitions. We will also look to try and budget into the logistics, petrol money for competitors who travel to Carmarthen in order to help with comps. Get your name on the list pal

As this comp also serves as the qualifier for the UK's, you'd have to have a British Passport as Glenn won't allow you to compete should you qualify.

I don't know Mariusz's situation but if he has a British passport and has lived here for more than two years, then he's welcome to compete. If you could Simon that would be greatly appreciated.
