Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts | Cracking final and Lalas's performance should lay to rest the "its only designed for the huge guys" arguement, esp as the 2 biggest guys were 3rd and 4th. Z was impressive, but Lalas was more so. Thor has improved. Gutted for Terry, was doing well and building up a good head of steam until that point. I knew it was coming but still cringed!! Once you have Ruptured a Biceps, its even more grim to watch! | ||

I can curl 10kg DBS noon  it's weird cause in hammer position I'm almost as strong as I was. It's affecting my bench press more than anything oddly enough, my arm just doesn't wanna go where I want it to | ||

I saw the print out and saw everyone's heart rates, was quite interesting speaking to the doctor. One guy was up to 212 on the loading race but they didn't show those | ||
