The weights on the static events have been well chosen with the best getting 10+reps, the loading has tested mobility and endurance to a degree, in fact the only thing that wasn't really tested in the heats is limit strength. Comp organisers take note, 275lb implements are heavy enough for loading at wsm.... | ||
