Member 1925, 49 posts	This is the Scottish qualifier for UK's Strongest Man 2012. This event will be held as part of the Collin Gala Day on 14th July 2012. Events - 1) Last Man Standing Log, Starting weight 115kg. 2) Arm over Arm pull with cars or lorry, 20m. 3) Hercules Hold, 150kg in each hand, maximum time wins. 4) Heavy Van deadlift, using straight bar for reps. Straps & Suits allowed. 5) Medley, 2 x 120kg sacks, 2 x 115kg kegs, both around 6m run in, Possibly a 5th element to this medley which will be comfirmed soon. 6) Stones, 110kg to 180kg onto barrels. Top 4 qualify for UK's Strongest Man held in Belfast in August.

embarrasingly poor bench Member 2684, 4043 posts SQ 240, BP 135, DL 275 650.0 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq	Was gonna try to get Leggiez to do this as all events barring the log suit him but just noticed that it's a week before BSM U105 so that scuppers that plan, shame as he would have taken some scalps with those events.

embarrasingly poor bench Member 2684, 4043 posts SQ 240, BP 135, DL 275 650.0 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq	Dunno, will have to check my shifts at work, think I might be weekend dayshift that weekend but could maybe give it a go, not the best events for me but reckon I could hold my own on the deadlift and medley.

Will hopefully compete against you eventually. I am running out of time and money for much more this year, but hopefully next year
