well if that is the case then surely ben kelsey would be invited! however for it to be the same weekend as bsm 105 would be a shame for him to have to pick between either one. as far as i was aware, on the 105kg comp page it says top two from britains get a spot at worlds though which isnt scheduled until oct/nov time

Have a little faith Marko... some people are trying to "do the right thing" and provide a clear route to a fair Worlds final... so far, so good... fingers crossed for the finals!

I've just spoken to Colin Bryce (who is reffing the 105 world's in Ukraine) I'm still waiting to hear back from him, but there's a chance I will be able to compete.

If I get an invite and decide to compete and it turns out to be on the same weekend as BSM. Would that simply mean I miss out on my chance to qualify for the united strongman worlds? (This is largely aimed at Ben France, but figured i'd ask here so everyone can see).

The reason I am still competing in the 105's is for the opportunity to compete internationally, obviously I would like to be able to do both 'worlds'.

I'm unsure what I will choose to do should this clash with BSM, should I simply have to choose 1 or the other? Or is there a viable alternate to allow me to do both?

Thoughts and suggestions appreciated!

Hi Ben, unfortunately if there was a clash with BSM you would have choose as part of what we are trying to do is stick to the clear qualifying with no favours or special invites. It would be a real shame if you did have to miss out on one or the other and personally I want you representing Britain at both, but not at the expense of sticking to the fair qualifying route.
