Squatting isn't doing my back any good. Member 5108, 869 posts SQ 170, BP 125, DL 210505.0 kgs @ 93kgs UnEq | When I first saw this my first thoughts were - what the ff are his strength and conditioning coaches doing allowing him to lift like that. (still thinking that) -Now I'm also thinking it's probably quite impressive though, because it's pretty much stiff-legged and he's very tall (6,9 I think). I've watched a few of his training vids and most of his conditioning work doesn't look to be very professionally done. -Think he needs a proper trainer rather just relying on his uncle. | ||
