I would have said to NOT flex, so if there's a tie you'll win by virtue of having smaller gunz. DomRedshaw - we need to buy repboards to stand a chance of getting money back?

DomRedshaw - we need to buy repboards to stand a chance of getting money back? if you have two lifters in the Beretta category for example, and they both have the same number of reps, then we will look at the time it took to complete the reps.

what is everyone's fran time? Member 3986, 10443 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | No man in history that has checked his arm size has ever thought I'll count the unflexed measurement until money is involved so it should be flexed!

Member 5813, 14 posts | I agree, ideally it should be flexed, but as this is a on-line video comp I have no way of knowing if the lifter is flexing or not, so rather than disputes over whether lifters were flexing or not in their entries, I thought it would save hassle by just allowing lifters to not flex. What do you think? The fairest way to categories lifters is obviously on bodyweight, but again I have no way of monitoring this as it's too easy to manipulate the weight on the scales.
