I didn't think there was any scope for getting 'strong' as a clean lifter after the dominator years , but I am confident I will do quite well , and I 100% believe there isn't one shred of benefit/carryover .... I am weaker than many many girl lifters (pete and ed are included in this)

I think I have an advantage of never having been 'strong'. Which means I don't have such a gap to feel I need to bridge in terms of numbers lifted. But more is always better.

Pete , you are strong now !

Ned, my singlet arrived today , its snug to say the least. ..... no need for an extra sausage !! however , if there is a shoulder pad option, I may take it !!

bodyweight @ 78kg but deffo feel a bit (just a bit) bigger than when I was triathloning

as I have lost a little weight, my belt isn't fitting as well ...moved the lever , but that makes it too tight ..... nothing major

baby emma got me up at 5.30 and spent 2.5 hours puking up , smelly as f**k and a bit of a job cleaning it up , she seems ok now , a bit mopey



BTW , the camera was wonky for the squat...they are probably 'just in'

I will crush you !!

I have read stuff ...pro's n con's etc and it seems it really doesn't matter , I prefer using a belt, this is the first time its not actually felt like a decent fit

THIS MAY BE A SIGN !!

BUY A WAY-TOO-EXPENSIVE SBD belt !!!!

also , in other news....I have accepted my fate ..... training for a half marathon is too much ,so I have transferred my race to the 10k which is run the same day , also my dieting is having an effect on GAINZ , but I need to lose a couple more Kg's then I will make sure I don't get fat.

You can borrow my single prong Zulu glove belt if ya want. It's big but should go small enough. It's my secondary belt nowadays.
