This was a good session. Very happy with squats, they are finally coming back. Last tiem I did this weight I did 14 reps in 4 sets, this time 14 reps in 3. Deads were straightforward. No back issues. Part of the reason why iut was easy today was weight gain. 92.8kg this morning!

Good and bad today. The session was very good. Fairly strong on squats, then deadlifts were comfortable. Bad was that my adductor started giving me problems again, so I'm gonna have to rehab that like crazy. Weight 92.4kg
