Not sure if not having a deload will catch up with me. Only time will tell. Back and hips felt a bit tight in the evening. Weight 91.0kg, so starting to come back again. This accounts for some of my improvements lately, particularly on lower body I think | ||

Deadlift moved quite well, even on the last set, which was satisfying, as did the safety squats. Onward and upwards. Weight 89.9kg | ||

Warmed up well, was feeling ok. 1st set @140went well, 2nd rep on second set, pain in upper right quad. Stopped there. I don’t think it’s tear, but it is a fairly major strain. I will rest it for a few days, ice it regularly and see what happens. f**k! f**k! f**k!. 90.8kg this morning | ||
