None of the sets was hard, but was running out of energy by the end. Pendlay were heavy. Weight 87.7kg . Light! | ||

Back to pause squats and deads. Felt ok,back is a little bit creaky on deadlift but survived. Weight 87.4kg, an equal low, despite having added 500 calories a day to my diet for the last 3 weeks | ||
