Actually quite pleased to get through this much volume@80%. . None of the sets was hard, but was running out of energy by the end. Pendlay were heavy. Weight 87.7kg . Light!

This was ok. Slept more than 10 hours last night, and still wasn't properly awake by the time I got to the gym. Paused squats were quite hard work, while deadlifts just required a bit of stamina. Weight 88.1kg
