So far i have completed the 2 week intro, 3 week base & 2 week switching cycle for smolov squat for Sq, Bp, SLDL & OHP and am seeing good progress, so im gonna document the rest of my prog leading into the british in October.

Im doing it all beltless until 6 weeks out where i will change my prog to suit a peaking cycle & put on a belt, im working on a day on day off rotation regardless, this means ever 5th session i can train deadlifts - i.e. using 10 day weeks as oppose to 7.
